Pathways for Growth & Service

12-Month

Youth Leadership Programme

A comprehensive 12-month pipeline designed to identify, train, and deploy the next generation of Kingdom leaders. Participants go through biblical foundations, character formation, ministry skills, and practical deployment.

Monthly

Evangelism Leadership Training

A monthly rhythm of teaching, mentoring, and deployment that equips believers to be effective witnesses in Machakos County. Includes classroom teaching, field evangelism, and church-planting exposure.

Ongoing

Community Feeding Programme

Serving vulnerable families and individuals through regular feeding outreaches. Volunteers are welcome to join. Donations support food, logistics, and related community outreach activities.

Annual

Ministry Internship & Pipeline

A structured internship pathway for graduates of the Leadership Programme and others called into full-time ministry. Interns serve across all four pillars and receive mentoring from senior leaders.

Youth Leadership Programme

A 12-Month Journey to Kingdom Leadership

The Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) is a transformational 12-month journey for young people aged 18–35 who sense a call to leadership and ministry. The programme runs in four quarterly phases:

Identity & Foundation Biblical identity, spiritual disciplines, and leadership character.
Q2
Skills & Knowledge Ministry skills, biblical studies, communication, and team leadership.
Q3
Practicum & Mentoring Hands-on ministry experience with personal mentoring.
Q4
Deployment & Launch Strategic deployment into ministry roles with accountability.

Evangelism Leadership Training

The Evangelism Leadership Training (ELT) follows a proven monthly rhythm that moves participants from classroom learning to field deployment and back — building both knowledge and confidence over time.

Graduates become evangelism team leaders, capable of running outreaches, training others, and planting new congregations across Machakos County.

Community Feeding Programme

The church serves vulnerable families in Machakos through regular food distributions and community outreach. Every meal shared is a declaration that people are seen, valued, and loved.
