The Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) is a transformational 12-month journey for young people aged 18–35 who sense a call to leadership and ministry. The programme runs in four quarterly phases:

The Evangelism Leadership Training (ELT) follows a proven monthly rhythm that moves participants from classroom learning to field deployment and back — building both knowledge and confidence over time.
Graduates become evangelism team leaders, capable of running outreaches, training others, and planting new congregations across Machakos County.
